The Borough shall charge a water meter rate fee in connection with its operation and ownership of the water system which the Borough is acquiring from the East Petersburg Borough Authority.
Borough Council hereby approves and adopts the water meter rate fee schedule set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.[1]

The Borough shall charge a public fire protection rate fee for fire hydrants and sprinkler systems connected to the Borough's water system.
Borough Council hereby approves and adopts the public fire protection rate fee schedule set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto.[1]

The Borough shall charge tapping fees and connection charges relative to the water system on any new construction installations and replacement of existing meters in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto.[1]

The Borough shall implement, calculate and administer its tapping fees and connection charges in accordance with the applicable provisions of Act 203 and Act 209 and Section 47463 of the Borough Code.[1]

Borough Council hereby approves and adopts the tapping fees and connection charges schedule set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto.
Borough Council approves and adopts the Rules and Regulations governing the relationship between the Borough and its customers with respect to the water system. These Rules and Regulations are set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto.[1]

The effective date of the rates, fees, charges and Rules and Regulations set forth in this article shall be January 1, 1999.
