It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or to park a pedalcycle on the sidewalk along the portions of streets listed in § 315-62, which is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this section.
Any person who violates any provisions of § 315-35 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $10 and costs.
