No structure of land shall hereafter be used and no structure shall be located, relocated, constructed, reconstructed, enlarged or structurally altered except in full compliance with the terms and provisions of this section, Chapter 120, Floodplain Management, Part 2, Flood Damage Control, of the Danville Borough Code and any other applicable ordinance and regulations which apply to uses with the jurisdiction of this section, including all applicable federal and state permits required.
