Zoning — See Ch. 585.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON
Any individual, firm, member of a firm, partnership, member of a partnership, corporation or any officer, director or stockholder of any corporation, or any agent or any employee of any such firm, partnership or corporation.
The use and installation of barbed wire on fences and the use of barbed wire as fences be and is hereby prohibited in all zoning districts in the Borough of Lodi except that zone known as "I-L Light Impact" as shown on the Zoning Map of the Borough of Lodi.[1]

In the event that there are fences erected or existing in any zoning districts in the Borough of Lodi except that zone known as "I-L Light Impact," as shown on the Zoning Map of the Borough of Lodi at the time of the passage of this chapter, that have barbed wire attached thereto, said barbed wire shall be removed within 90 days from the passage and adoption of this chapter.
The use of barbed wire on fences on property owned by the Borough of Lodi wherein public utilities are located is hereby excluded from the provisions of this chapter.
Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days and/or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
