Trucks with a registered gross weight over five tons are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule D, attached hereto and hereby made a part of this Part 1,[1] except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.

A. 
Restrictions. No vehicles with a registered gross weight of more than four tons and no buses, regardless of weight, shall be parked between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., prevailing time, on any street within the Borough of Raritan.

B. 
Exceptions. All vehicles mentioned in Subsection A above may park for the purpose of loading or unloading; buses may park while picking up or discharging passengers in any designated bus stop; and emergency and service vehicles may park while actually engaged in emergency or service calls.
C. 
Repealer. Ordinance No. 81-1, passed on February 24, 1981, is expressly repealed.[1]

D. 
Penalties. Each person convicted of a violation of this section shall be punished by a fine of an amount not more than $500.
