A certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Middletown, being marked and designated as the International Existing Building Code, 2018 edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the existing building code of the Town of Middletown in the State of Delaware for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Existing Building Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 43-2 of this chapter.

101.1, Title, is amended in the first sentence by deleting "(Name of Jurisdiction)," and inserting "Town of Middletown."
