It shall be unlawful for more than 10 persons
to gather on any street or public lands within the limits of the Town
of Middletown between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. without
permission of the appointed police authority of said Town.

Any person convicted of violating the provisions
of this chapter shall be fined $50.
