[Adopted 6-11-1984 by Ord. No. 1373 (Ch. 16, Part 3, of the
1995 Code)]
No fishing by any method shall be permitted at any time in or
on the Municipal Reservoir of the City of DuBois, Pennsylvania, located
at Home Camp, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.
[Amended 7-24-1995 by Ord. No. 1544; at time of adoption
of Code revisions (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II)]
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than
$50 and not exceeding $1,000 and costs or, in default of payment thereof,
shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days.
Each day that a violation of this article continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
