The lot area and lot area per dwelling unit shall be not less
than 40,000 square feet.
The lot width at the building line shall be not less than 150
feet.
Each lot shall have front, side and rear yards of not less than
the depth or width indicated below:
Parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of this chapter.
