A.
All uses permitted in any residential district and subject to all
controls and restrictions set forth therein.
B.
Banks and similar community services, offices, stores and shops for
conducting of retail business, grocery, hardware, drugstore, novelty
shop and restaurant.
C.
Shops for personal services, barbershops, beauty parlors.
The building area shall not exceed 30% of the lot area.
No structure shall exceed two stories or 25 feet in height.

Signs will be permitted as specified under Chapter 350, Signs and Billboards.
Off-street parking shall be provided as set forth in Article IV of this chapter for similar uses.
