To provide language as required by Connecticut General Statutes
§§ 22-331 and 22-331a for an Animal Control Officer, the
Board of Selectmen is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement
with duly authorized agents of contiguous towns to provide for an
Animal Control Officer for the Town of Bethany.
