Pursuant to Section 9-199 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, there shall be three persons elected at regular elections to the Board of Assessment Appeals. Such persons shall serve for terms of four years and shall hold office until their successors have been elected and have qualified.

At election of members for the Board of Assessment Appeals, each person voting may vote for the full number of members to be elected at such election.
