of a vehicle or tractor who shall violate any provision of this Section

1. The following traffic regulations shall apply to Arbutus Park Road:
A. A "No Outlet" sign shall be posted at the intersection of Arbutus
Park Road and Lightstreet Road at the intersection of Arbutus Park
Road and Route 42.
B. A barricade shall be placed at the west end of Arbutus Park Road
at the end of the new pavement in front of Percy Miller's. A sign
reading "Road Closed Ahead — No Turnarounds" shall be placed
on the barricade.

near the Pennsylvania Department of Forestry Building. A sign reading

1. The intersections set forth in Appendix A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
are hereby established as "Stop Intersections", and official stop
signs shall be erected (or are hereby confirmed if heretofore erected)
in such a position as to face traffic approaching the second names
highway upon the first named highway in the direction or directions
hereby indicated. All vehicles and tractors approaching any such intersection
upon the first named highway, in the direction or directions hereby
indicated in each case, shall come to a full stop, within a reasonable
distance, before entering any such intersection.
2. Any operator of a vehicle or tractor who shall fail to come to a
full stop, within a reasonable distance before entering any stop intersection
as herein above required shall upon conviction thereof be sentenced
to pay a fine of $25 and costs of prosecution or in default of payment
of such fine and costs to undergo imprisonment for not more than one
day for each $10 of the unpaid balance of the fine and costs.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle or
tractor upon any highway in the Town of Bloomsburg that is closed
to such traffic by means of barricade, official sign or notice that
the same is closed to vehicular traffic. Provided, nothing herein
shall apply to those who have official duty under the direction of
the Mayor, Chief of Police and/or Council should enter upon such highway.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this Section shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than

The following location shall have the placement of a "Do Not
Enter" sign:
1. Opening of the triangle parking lot at the intersection of Main Street,
Lightstreet Road and North Street. Such sign to face the said parking
lot, so that it shall be unlawful for any operator of a motor vehicle
or tractor to enter onto Main Street from the said parking lot.

A sign bearing the words "Do Not Block Intersection" shall be
placed along the northerly side of Lightstreet Road, facing in an
easterly direction, at the intersection of Lightstreet Road and North
Street, so that it shall be visible to vehicles traveling along Lightstreet
Road in a westerly direction and who are approaching said intersection.

1. Tractor-trailers shall be prohibited from traveling in a southerly
direction on Leonard Street between Eight and One-Half Street and
Ninth Street and a sign bearing the words "Tractor trailers Prohibited"
shall be placed along Leonard Street at the intersection of Leonard
Street and Eight and One-Half Street.
2. Tractor-trailers shall be prohibited from traveling in an easterly
direction on East Eleventh Street from Market Street to dead end,
and a sign bearing the words "No Truck Traffic" shall be placed on
the eastern side of Market Street at the intersection of West Eleventh
Street and Market Street.

1. Any operator of a motor vehicle or tractor who shall violate any
provision of this Section shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not more than $25 and costs of prosecution or, in
default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment
for not more than one day for each $10 of the unpaid balance of such
fine and costs.
A. Left Turns Prohibited. It shall be unlawful for operators of vehicles
and tractors to turn left from the northeastern quadrant of Market
Square around the fountain island on the northern side of Market Square
or to make a complete U-turn around said island. This regulation shall
be indicated by signs bearing the words "No Left Turn" erected at
the northeasterly corner of the fountain island and at the intersection
of the easterly edge of North Market Street and the northeastern quadrant
of Market Square, such signs to be visible to operators of vehicles
proceeding in a northerly or northwesterly direction in the northeastern
quadrant of Market Square.
B. Tractor-trailers shall be prohibited from traveling on West First
Street at all points west of Market Street. A sign bearing the words
"No Tractor Trailers Beyond this Point" shall be placed at the westerly
point of the intersection of West First Street and Market Street,
so that it shall be visible to vehicles traveling in a westerly direction
along West First Street at said intersection.
C. Tractor-trailers shall be prohibited from traveling on Penn Street
at all points south of East Second Street. A sign bearing the words
"No Tractor Trailers Beyond this Point" shall be placed along Penn
Street at the intersection of Penn Street and East Second Street.
D. Tractor-trailers traveling in a westerly direction on Main Street
shall be prohibited from turning right onto Leonard Street. A sign
bearing the words "Tractor Trailers No Right Turn" shall be placed
along Main Street at the northeasterly corner of the intersection
of Main Street and Leonard Street.
E. Tractor-trailers traveling in an easterly direction on Main Street
shall be prohibited from turning right onto Scott Avenue. A sign bearing
the words "Tractor Trailers No Right Turn" shall be placed along Main
Street at the southwesterly corner of the intersection of Main Street
and Scott Avenue.
F. Tractor-trailers traveling in either an easterly or a westerly direction
on Third Street shall be prohibited from making any turn, either left
or right, onto Scott Avenue. Signs bearing the words "Tractor Trailers
No Turns" shall be placed along Third Street at the northeasterly
and southwesterly corners of the intersection of Third Street and
Scott Avenue.
G. Trucks and trailers shall be prohibited from parking at all times
on Seventh Street, both sides, between Clinton Avenue and Iron Street.
Signs bearing the words "No Truck or Trailer Parking" shall be placed
on Seventh Street between Clinton Avenue and Iron Street.
H. Tractor-trailers shall be prohibited from traveling on Pine Avenue
in the area around the Alvina Krouse Theater building. Signs bearing
the words "No Tractor-Trailers Beyond This Point" shall be placed
facing west near the S.W corner of Pine Avenue and Center Street.
I. Tractor-trailers shall be prohibited from traveling south on Oyer
Avenue. Signs prohibiting tractor-trailers shall be posted along Oyer
Avenue.
J. Tractor-trailers shall be prohibited from traveling south on Leonard
Street. Signs prohibiting tractor-trailers shall be posted at the
intersection of Leonard Street and West Main Street.
K. Tractor-trailers shall be prohibited from traveling on Barton Street.
Signs shall be posted at the intersection of Barton Street and West
Main Street.
L. Tractor-trailers shall be prohibited from traveling on Market Street
north of Second Street.
