At the time of filing, all plats shall be accompanied by a check payable to the Town of Bloomsburg, in the amount specified herein, to defray the cost of reviewing the proposed plats and required data.

The Town Council shall establish, from time to time, by resolution a schedule of fees to be paid by the subdivider at the time of filing a minor, preliminary or final plat.
The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the Town Zoning Officer and in such other places as the Town may designate.
No plat shall be considered by the Town Council unless all fees and charges are paid in full.

On or before the date on which the preliminary or final plat is to be considered by the Town Council, the applicant shall pay by a check, payable to the Town of Bloomsburg, an amount sufficient to cover the costs of professional consultants' fees incurred by the Town of Bloomsburg.
Such review fees are based upon a schedule established, from time to time, by resolution of the Town Council.

Fees for all other permits required for and by the Town for opening roads, connecting to municipal sewers, building construction, etc., shall also be paid by a check payable to the Town of Bloomsburg.
The applicant at the time of application shall agree to cover the cost of advertising the ordinance accepting the deed of dedication of applicable required improvements and its recording costs.
At the time of filing, all plats shall be accompanied by a check payable to the Columbia County Planning Commission, in the amount specified by the County, to cover the costs of County Planning Commission review and report.
