There is hereby established the position of Chief Financial
Officer in and for the Township of South Harrison pursuant to N.J.S.A.
40A:9-140.10. The Chief Financial Officer shall be appointed by the
Township Committee, and the term of office shall be four years which
shall extend from January 1 in the year in which the Chief Financial
Officer is appointed.
