1983 Code of Ordinances)]
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
SWIMMING POOL or POOL
An outdoor swimming pool used or intended to be used solely
by the owner of a residential property, his family, or lessee thereof
and his family, and by guests invited to use it without the payment
of any fee.
This article shall apply to all new outdoor swimming pools hereinafter
constructed, as well as existing swimming pools, whether aboveground
or in the ground and having a depth of 18 inches or more at any one
point.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $600, and in default to
payment of imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day
that a violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate
offense.
