1983 Code of Ordinances)]
A.
The locally elected tax collector is appointed as the municipal officer
authorized to provide tax certifications upon request by the public.
B.
Said tax collector is authorized to collect a fee of $10 for providing
tax certifications and/or tax duplicates, when the request for such
tax certifications or tax duplicates is requested by any party.

C.
Said tax collector is authorized to retain, as compensation, the
$10 fee he collects for providing tax certifications upon request
by the public.
D.
The proper officers and other personnel of the Borough of Walnutport
are hereby authorized and empowered to take all such further action
and execute such additional documents as they may deem appropriate
to carry out the purpose of this article.
E.
Copies of this article shall be distributed to the proper offices
and other personnel of Borough of Walnutport whose further action
is required to achieve the purpose of this article.
