The amendment and restatement of the Borough of Penndel Employees'
Pension Plan set forth in Exhibit A that is attached hereto is hereby
enacted.[1]

The Council President, as agent of the employer, is authorized
and directed to execute the attached amendment and restatement of
the Borough of Penndel Employees' Pension Plan.
Whenever the requirements of this article are in conflict with
other requirements of the Code of the Borough of Penndel, the most
restrictive or those imposing the higher standards shall govern.
