Commission for the Borough of Penndel pursuant to the provisions of
the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10101

A Borough Planning Commission is hereby created and established in
the Borough of Penndel, which shall be known as the "Penndel Borough

reappointed or replaced during any future calendar year.
The Planning Commission shall have all the powers and duties
conferred and imposed upon it as established and set forth in the
Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Said provisions are fully
incorporated herein by reference.
