If any wall or fence, bush, tree or shrub, parked motor vehicle, or any movable or stationary object creates a significant vision obstruction to the operator of any motor vehicle seeking to enter onto, leave or travel along any segment of a Town street, as determined by the Director of the Department of Transportation & Traffic Safety or his or her designee, such shall be deemed to be a violation of the Code.
