No person shall keep or harbor any cattle, horses,
mules, jackasses, ponies, pigs, hogs, goats, swine, chickens, ducks,
geese, pigeons or other fowl within the incorporated limits of the
Village or permit the same to run at large.

No person shall keep or harbor any wild animals as specified
in NYS General Municipal Law § 209-cc within the incorporated
limits of the Village. The term "wild animals" means any or all of
the following orders of families:
A. Nonhuman
primates and prosimians (apes or monkeys);
B. Felidae
(tigers and lions with the exception of domesticated cats);
C. Canidae
(wolves and foxes, with the exception of domesticated dogs);
E. All
venomous snakes and all constrictors and python snakes;

A violation of any provision of this article is hereby deemed
to be an offense punishable by a minimum fine of $250 or imprisonment
for a period not to exceed 15 days, or both. Each week's violation
shall constitute a separate offense punishable by like penalty.
