Traffic control signals, flashing signals or flashing beacons shall be installed and operated at those locations described in Schedule I (§
608-46), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the City is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§
608-47) shall be as indicated in said schedule.

No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§
608-48), in the areas described in said Schedule III, during school days between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§
608-50), attached to and made a part of chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§
608-51), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§
608-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§
608-53), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§
608-54), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.

A. West Seventh Street at the intersection of Fulton Avenue shall be
posted "do not enter" for southbound traffic from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00
a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the
regular school year.
B. No vehicles, with the exception of local delivery, emergency and
maintenance vehicles, shall be allowed on the access road adjacent
to the Canal Park and Marina.
C. Emery Street at Holly Drive for westbound traffic shall be posted
"do not enter."
D. No person or persons, firm, association, corporation or copartnership
shall operate any truck or trucks on South Seventh Street between
Fay Street and Kiwanis Park for the purpose of removing snow from
any industry or business, with the exception of City of Fulton vehicles.

Gillard Drive at the southernmost entrance of the improved parking
lot located at the north end of G. Ray Bodley High School, 210 feet
south of the intersection with Chestnut Street, shall be posted "do
not enter" for southbound traffic from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. and
2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the regular
school year. An exemption would apply to vehicles authorized by the
City of Fulton School District for the transportation of students.

The streets or parts of streets set forth in Schedule XII (§
608-57), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated no-passing zones.
