All playgrounds and recreation areas in the City will be closed
from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. of the next day, daily, and their use,
in any manner, between these hours is forbidden. The Council may,
by resolution, authorize other hours for specific purposes, such hours
to be duly posted pursuant to resolution of the Council.[1]

Editor's Note: By resolution adopted 8-6-2000, the hours
of operation of the Bullhead Point recreation area were extended to
24 hours a day.
A violation of this article is a violation and punishable by
a fine of not more than $250 and/or imprisonment of not more than
15 days.
