The Manheim Township Commissioners adopts the policy of the
Lancaster Intermunicipal Committee that "Trick or Treat Night" activities
occur from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Halloween, October 31, of each
year, unless October 31 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, in which case
"Trick or Treat Night" activities should occur from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00
p.m. on the Friday prior to October 31.
