A.
The Streetlight
District shall consist of those properties on streets within 250 feet
of a streetlight. The list of streets with streetlights and properties
within 250 feet of a streetlight is hereby incorporated by reference
hereto, and shall be maintained at all times by the Township.
A.
The cost
of public lighting set forth in this chapter shall be by an equal
assessment upon each property benefited, based upon the assessment
of each property for county tax purposes.
