The terms used in this article shall have the meanings ascribed
to them in the Motor Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania.
This article shall be administered by the Police Department.
The Roadmaster is authorized to purchase, secure, erect, repair and
maintain all necessary official traffic signs, markings, tickets,
notices and equipment in order to carry out the provisions of this
article.
No person shall park or permit a vehicle to stand within the
limits of any public highway of the Township between the hours of
2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. local time.

In all cases where a notice is given of any violation of this article by either handing to the offending driver or affixing to the vehicle in question a ticket or notice on which there has been noted the time and place of and nature of the offense or violation charged, no prosecution shall be instituted for 48 hours thereafter, and if during that period the offender voluntarily appears at the Township offices, voluntarily enters a plea of guilty and pays the minimum fine established in §
165-15 to the Township, no prosecution for the offense shall thereafter be brought.

Whoever violates any provision of this article shall be fined
not less than $5 nor more than $15.
