No person shall operate, use or permit operation of any sound-producing
device on or in front of any public right-of-way or public space without
a permit from the Police Commissioner of the City of Yonkers Police
Department. Such permit shall be issued at the discretion of the Commissioner
and in accordance with such rules and conditions as he may describe.
A permit issued pursuant to § 66-17 of this chapter may be revoked by the Police Commissioner of the City of Yonkers Police Department at his discretion.
