§ 164-56 Storage permit required.

A. The storage and handling of combustible fibers shall be in accordance with the appropriate standards of the NFPA.

B. A permit shall be required for the storage and handling of combustible fibers in quantities in excess of 100 cubic feet and shall be obtained from the Fire Prevention Division.

§ 164-57 Storage of agricultural products on farms.

Unlimited quantities of hay, straw and other agricultural products of a like nature may be stored in or near farm buildings located outside congested districts.
