§ 32-61 Definitions and regulations.

Where appropriate, the definitions in the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code shall be applicable to this chapter.

§ 32-62 Penalties for offenses.

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a Class II offense.

§ 32-63 Enforcement.

The Fire Department and the Department of Housing and Buildings shall have authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter pursuant to the procedures set forth in Chapter 55, Fire and Building Code.
