No person shall dispense, consume, drink or imbibe, sell or
possess any alcoholic beverages, as defined by the Revised Statutes
of the State of New Jersey, in or upon:
A. Any public street, road, alley, avenue, sidewalk, parking area, park,
playground, recreation area or any other public or quasi-public place.
C. A private motor vehicle while the same is in motion or parked upon
any street, lane, public parking area, road or public or quasi-public
place.
D. Any private property not his or her own without the express permission
of the owner or other person having authority to grant such permission;
provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit
the consumption of alcoholic beverages within the licensed premises
of a plenary retail consumption liquor licensee.
Notwithstanding the provisions contained herein, the governing
body of the Borough of Wallington may, by resolution, permit the consumption
of alcoholic beverages in a designated time or times in connection
with a special event, series of events or observance which has been
authorized by the governing body of the Borough of Wallington, which
consumption of alcoholic beverages shall, in addition, comply with
any applicable ordinance, law or regulation.

Except as otherwise provided in Title 33 of the New Jersey Statutes, any violation of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in Chapter
1, Article
II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Borough of Wallington.
