As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TRAILER or CAMP CAR
Any vehicle used or intended for use as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and licensed as such, and shall include self-propelled and non-self-propelled vehicles so defined, constructed and reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in such a manner as to permit the occupancy thereof as a temporary dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirtings so arranged as to be integral with or portable by the trailer or camp car.
It shall be unlawful to park any trailer or camp car on any street or on any premises within the Borough except for the purpose of repairs or storage. Any trailer or camp car undergoing repairs or being stored shall be kept within a building and shall not be used as a dwelling or sleeping place during the period of repair or storage.

A. 
Any violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Borough of Wallington.[1]

B. 
Separate violation. Except as otherwise provided, every day that a violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate violation.
