Except as otherwise provided herein, any person who shall violate
any article, section or part of a section of this chapter shall be
subject to a penalty of not less than $50 and not more than $1,000
for each violation, upon conviction thereof in the Municipal Court
of the Borough of Wallington. Each day or part thereof during which
such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
