Township of Fredon, NJ Article IV Chief Financial Officer

§ 58-12 Position created.

There is hereby created the office of Chief Financial Officer.

§ 58-13 Duties.

The Chief Financial Officer shall have all the powers and perform all the duties conferred by N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-36 et seq.
