Violations of provisions of this chapter shall be municipal
infractions. Any person found guilty of violating a provision of this
chapter shall be subject to a fine up to $1,000 and shall also be
subject to the remedial powers of the court as provided by state law.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this
chapter is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutional, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter,
which can be given effect without the invalid section, subsection,
sentence, clause or phrase, and to that end, all provisions of this
chapter are hereby declared to be severable.
