Licenses and permits — See Ch. 256.
No person shall sell soda water beverages in the Village without
first obtaining a license from the Clerk-Treasurer. The provisions
of § 66.0433(2), Wis. Stats., are hereby adopted and made
a part of this chapter by reference. No license shall be issued for
any vending machine located on any street right-of-way.
The license fee shall be $5 per year.
Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any order, rule or regulation made hereunder shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-4 of this Code.
