A. 
Fairview Township hereby imposes a fee of $25 per check being returned commencing five days after the effective date of this article.
B. 
By further determination of Fairview Township, this fee shall be set, from time to time, by resolution in the event Fairview Township determines a need to change from the initially established fee.
C. 
This fee will be for any check to any Fairview Township office or organization for any purpose.
D. 
Fees concerning checks returned by the Tax Collector shall be deposited to the Tax Collector's general fund, with other fees being deposited in Fairview Township's general fund.

Fairview Township hereby imposes a fee of $5 to be assessed by the Fairview Township Tax Collector's Office to any person, firm or corporation should the Fairview Township Tax Collector's Office attach any wages of a person, firm or corporation.
B. 
By further determination of Fairview Township, this fee shall be set, from time to time, by resolution in the event Fairview Township determines a need to change from the initially established fee.
C. 
Fees concerning wage attachments shall be deposited to the Tax Collector's general fund.

Fairview Township hereby imposes a service fee of $10 to be assessed to each person, firm or corporation requesting a certification as to the payment status of real estate taxes or a delinquent tax statement from the Fairview Township Tax Collector's Office.
B. 
By further determination of Fairview Township, this shall be set, from time to time, by resolution in the event the Township determines a need to change from the certification as to the initially established fee.
C. 
Fees concerning delinquent tax statements shall be deposited to the Tax Collector's general fund.

Fairview Township hereby approves the following schedule of attorney fees for services in connection with the collection of accounts, which is hereby determined to be fair and reasonable compensation for the services set forth below, all in accordance with the principles set forth in Section 3 of the Municipal Claims Law as added by Act No. 1 of 1996.[1]

There shall be added to the above amounts the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of counsel in connection with each of these services, including sheriff's and prothonotary's costs.
The amount of fees determined as set forth above shall be added to the Fairview Township's claim in each account.
In accordance with other Township ordinances, interests on judgements entered in any enforcement proceeding or filing of liens, costs and attorneys fees shall accrue at the rate of 10% per year from the date of the entry of the lien until payment thereof is received in full, unless such lien or judgement is paid in full within 30 days after the entry of the judgment or filing of the lien, whichever is the earlier date.
