Avenue, Central Avenue, Church Street, Blakes Lane, Riverside Drive,
Sanford Lane, Pomona Avenue and Mill Road shall be established as

to effect the above-designated speed limits as authorized by the Department
of Transportation.
The City Clerk shall send a certified copy of the adopted article
to the New Jersey Department of Transportation and the Atlantic County
Division of Engineering.
