Section 167.10, Wis. Stats., and as from time to time amended,
is hereby adopted and incorporated into this Code by reference as
if fully set forth herein.
Any person violating this Chapter shall be subject to both § 1-2 of this Code and/or the enforcement and penalty provisions of § 167.10, Wis. Stats.
