All land development applications shall conform to the following
land design requirements, standards, principles, and specifications
as well as other applicable ordinances of the Township. Developers
may request design waivers or exceptions when the application of any
particular standard is unreasonable or unwarranted by site conditions.
Applicants shall support any waiver request with sufficient information
for the Planning Board to determine whether a design waiver is warranted
under particular conditions. Design waivers will only be granted if
the standard does not apply, the intent of the standard is satisfied
in another manner, or there are particular site conditions that make
the application of the standard unreasonable.
