City of Pittsfield, MA ARTICLE XXIV ENGINEERING DIVISION

Sec. 2-126 Created; purpose.

There is hereby created in the Department of Public Utilities a new department to be known as the “Engineering Division,” which shall be under the control and direction of the Commissioner of Public Utilities. It shall be the function of such Division to perform all engineering and related activities for the City and for the City departments when requested by the department heads thereof.
