All taxpayers subject to the payment of taxes, assessed by the
Borough of West View as a taxing district, who shall fail to make
payment of any such taxes charged against them for four months after
the date of the tax notice, shall be charged a penalty of 10%, said
amount to be added to the taxes by the Tax Collector and collected
by him.
By the enactment of this article and the ten-percent penalty,
the Borough of West View does not intend and therefore does not waive
any other remedy available to them at law or in equity or pursuant
to the Acts of Legislature of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
