It is hereby determined that it is necessary to designate certain streets in the Town of Little Valley as open for travel by all-terrain vehicles (hereinafter called "ATVs") by reason of the fact that it is otherwise impossible for ATVs to gain access to areas or trails adjacent to such highways.
The following streets in the Town of Little Valley are hereby designated as open for travel by ATVs:

The Highway Superintendent shall identify such designated highways by markers in such manner as may be provided by the rules and regulations of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles.
