§ 3-17 Designation; powers and duties.

The Mayor, as head of government, shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Borough and shall have those powers and duties prescribed by law, the Charter and by ordinance, including the power and duty to supervise and evaluate the Chief Operating Officer.
