§ 92-1 Rates incorporated.

The 2017 rates for various taxes, fines, fees, permits, licenses and/or other charges imposed by the Borough officials and employees shall be as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.[1]

§ 92-2 Repealer.

All ordinances or resolutions or parts thereof inconsistent with the terms of this chapter are hereby repealed effective as of January 1, 2017, coincident with the imposition of the 2017 taxes, fines, fees, etc.

§ 92-3 Effective date.

This chapter shall become effective January 1, 2017.

§ 92-4 Tax rates.
