§ 37-1 Amendment and restatement of Plan.

Effective January 1, 2008, the Plan now known as the "Borough of Tyrone Police Pension Plan" is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by substituting the attached amendment and restatement of the Borough of Tyrone Police Pension Plan in its place.[1]

§ 37-2 Effective Plan.

The attached Plan document[1] is effective for participants who terminate employment on or after January 1, 2008. The benefits of any participant who terminated employment prior to January 1, 2008 shall be determined by the Plan provisions in effect at the time of his termination of employment.
