§ 168-1 Prohibition.
It shall be unlawful for any person employed by the Borough
of Tyrone or any member of the general public who comes to the Municipal
Building on Borough business or to attend Borough meetings to smoke
or use tobacco products on any floor of the Municipal Building.
§ 168-2 Authorization to erect signs.
The Borough of Tyrone may erect signs on all floors of the Municipal
Building to advise employees of the Borough of Tyrone and members
of the general public entering the Municipal Building of the provisions
provided herein.
§ 168-3 Violations and penalties.
Any person who shall violate any provisions of this article
shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not
more than $25.

§ 168-4 Prohibition.
It shall be unlawful for any person employed by the Borough
of Tyrone or any member of the general public who is in any building
(excluding pavilions and/or other open structures) owned by the Borough
of Tyrone and/or who is in any vehicle owned by the Borough of Tyrone
to smoke or use tobacco products within said building and/or vehicle.
§ 168-5 Authorization to erect signs.
The Borough of Tyrone may erect signs as necessary to advise
employees of the Borough of Tyrone and members of the general public
entering said buildings and/or vehicles of the provisions provided
herein.
§ 168-6 Violations and penalties.
Any person who shall violate any provisions of this article
shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not
more than $25.
