Uniform construction codes — See Ch. 71.
A certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Tyrone Borough Manager at 1100 Logan Avenue, Tyrone, Blair County, Pennsylvania, being marked and designated as the "BOCA National Mechanical Code, Eighth Edition, 1993," as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the mechanical code of the Borough of Tyrone, Blair County, Pennsylvania, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said BOCA National Mechanical Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
Any individual, firm or corporation violating any of the terms or conditions of the National Mechanical Code, 1993, shall be subject, upon conviction thereof before the Magisterial District Judge, to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000, with each day upon which a violation of this chapter exists to be considered a separate offense.
