The Civil Service Commission shall be responsible for:
A. Conducting civil service testing of all applicants for police office
vacancies.
B. Interviewing the top 10 applicants and recommending the top three
applicants to the Borough Manager.
C. Hearing appeals to disciplinary actions and dismissals of full-time
police officers.
The Commission shall consist of three members, each appointed for a six-year term. The Commission shall adhere to the provisions of §
C-79 of the Charter.
