§ 190-67 Schedule XV: Loading Zones.

In accordance with the provisions of § 190-24, the following described locations are hereby designated as loading zones:

Passenger loading and unloading zones. The following areas are hereby established for the loading of persons and/or luggage, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in any such zone or to allow it to remain stopped in any such zone or longer than necessary to permit the expeditious loading or unloading of persons and/or luggage then in readiness at the curb or within the vehicle so as to be promptly loaded and unloaded:
