No person shall knowingly give, turn in, or raise, or cause
to be given, raised, or turned in, a false alarm of fire by ringing
of any fire bell, or bells, or sounding any siren, or warning, or
alarm of fire, or any other common or recognized alarm of fire within
the Township of North Versailles, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $1,000 and/or to imprisonment for a term not
to exceed 30 days.

"Disorderly conduct" within the limits of the Township of North
Versailles shall be and is hereby defined as any act, word or conduct
causing or tending to cause a disturbance of the peace and good order
of the Township, or causing or tending to cause any danger, discomfort
or annoyance to the inhabitants of the Township or users of the Township
thoroughfares, and shall include loafing, fighting, drunkenness, vagrancy,
begging, the making of unnecessary noises, profanity or indecent language,
reckless or careless driving, or any other use of vehicles by owners
or occupants thereof as shall endanger the safety or interfere with
the comfort, welfare and convenience of any person using the thoroughfares
or residing in the Township; all the foregoing offenses coming within
the definition of said disorderly conduct are hereby declared to be
unlawful.
